Spanish Rice pudding with peaches in syrup and chocolate syrup Merry

Chocolate syrup Merry

Ingredients:
200 gr. of uncooked short grain white rice
150 gr. sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
3 strips lemon rind
850 ml. of milk.
150 ml. of cream
100 gr. of Mascarpone cheese
2 peaches in syrup
100 gr. of peach marmalade
Chocolate syrup Merry
Fresh mint leaves for decoration

Preparation:
In a large saucepan, bring the milk together with the cream to boil slowly. When it starts to boil, add the strips of lemon rind, cinnamon sticks, sugar and rice. Simmer over medium low heat from 25 to 30 minutes.
After this period of time, add the mascarpone cheese and the chopped peaches in syrup. Stir and keep in the refrigerator.
Serve it very cold. Decorate it with hot chocolate syrup MERRY, some tablespoons of peach marmalade and some fresh mint leaves.
