Rabbit fried with garlic and mushrooms

Garlic Wine vinegar Merry

Ingredients:
4-6  Rabbit Hindquarters
1 head of garlic
Garlic Wine vinegar Merry
100 g of assorted mushrooms
Water
Rosemary, salt and pepper


Preparation:
Spice the hindquarters of rabbit and add some rosemary. Brown the hindquarters in a saucepan with olive oil, then add the chopped garlic cloves and the mushrooms.
When the hindquarters of rabbit are brown, remove the olive oil and put a splash of garlic wine vinegar and reduce for a couple of minutes. Then add a splash of white wine and reduce for five minutes on a high heat. After this period of time, cover it with hot water, put the lid on and simmer over medium low heat for 45 minutes.
