Seafood salad with Balsamic vinegar of Modena

Balsamic vinegar of Modena

Preparation:
Simmer the seafood and let it get cold. Then we make a vinaigrette with chopped scallions, extra olive oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena and salt. Clean and chop the seafood and place it in deep plate, pour the vinaigrette. For the salad, wash lettuce leaves, watercress, endives, etc. Cut them and add the asparagus tips and 200 grs of peas. When you add the seafood, be careful not the break the asparagus.
